নজরুল ইসলাম (ঝিনাইদহ) প্রতিনিধি:-কালীগঞ্জে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা যাচাই বাছাই কমিটি কর্তৃক ”ক” শ্রেনীর প্রতিবেদনের পূণঃ যাচাই বাছাই কার্ষ্যক্রম সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। শনিবার সকাল থেকে উপজেলা পরিষদ অডিটোরিয়ামে কাগজপত্র যাচাই বাছাই করেন মুক্তিযোদ্ধা পূণঃ বাছাই কমিটির সদস্য সচিব কালীগঞ্জ উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার সূবর্ণা রানী সাহা। এ সময়ে উপস্থিত ছিলেন উপজেলা যাচাই বাছাই কমিটির সভাপতি মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সামছুল হক, সদস্য মুক্তিযোদ্ধা আনোয়ার হোসেন, উপজেলা সমাজসেবা কর্মকর্তা কৌশিক আহম্মেদ, সাংবাদিক কালীগঞ্জ প্রেসক্লাবের সভাপতি জামির হোসেন ও প্রভাষক সুব্রত কুমার নন্দী প্রমুখ।
উপজেলা মুক্তিযোদ্ধা পূণঃ যাচাই বাছাই কমিটির সদস্য সচিব ইউএনও জানান, জাতীয় মুক্তিযোদ্ধা কাউন্সিলের ২১৮ নং স্বারকের এক পত্রে কালীগঞ্জ পৌরসভা সহ উপজেলার ১১ টি ইউনিয়নের ”ক” প্রতিবেদনের ৯৬ জন মুক্তিযোদ্ধার কাগজপত্র পূণঃ বাছাইয়ের নির্দ্দেশনা দেয়। এরই আলোকে শনিবার সকাল ৯ টা থেকে বিকাল ৩ টা পর্ষন্ত সাবেক কমান্ডার ও মুক্তিযোদ্ধাগন সাক্ষীদের উপস্থিতিতে বাছাই কার্ষ্যক্রম করা হয়। এ সময়ে ’ক” প্রতিবেদনের সকল মুক্তিযোদ্ধাদের পূর্বের দেওয়া দরখাস্ত ও যুদ্ধকালীন সময়ের প্রমানাদির কাগজপত্র দেখা হয়। এ বাছাই কার্ষক্রম অনুষ্টানে উপজেলা মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সংসদের সাবেক কমান্ডারগন সহ সকল ইউনিয়নের মুক্তিযোদ্ধা সদস্যগন উপস্থিত ছিলেন।
